釋曰：第三、入位分齊。謂此地中，已滅三界疑等惑故，修集無量勝分功德，由此便入斯陀含位。斯陀含者，此云一往來。謂斷欲界六品惑盡，有三品故，於人天中一往來，名一往來。

Explanation: Third, the limit of entering the rank. It means that in this bhūmi, having already extinguished afflictions such as doubt in the three realms, one cultivates and gathers immeasurable virtues of the superior portion, and thereby immediately enters the rank of sakṛdāgāmin. *Sakṛdāgāmin* (斯陀含) is translated here as 'once-returner'. It means that having completely severed the six grades of affliction of the desire realm, three grades remain, so one returns once more among humans and devas, hence named 'once-returner'.
