釋曰：自下第二辨觀差別。文別有五、一配忍分齊、二作地別觀、三辨取除障、四辨觀行相、五立果差別。此即初也。謂順忍中上品取攝，故言住順忍中。

Explanation: From here below is the second: distinguishing the differences of contemplation. The text has five parts: first, correlating the limit of patience; second, engaging in the distinct contemplation of the bhūmi; third, distinguishing the hindrances to be eliminated; fourth, distinguishing the active characteristics of contemplation; and fifth, establishing the differences of fruit. This is the first. It means that within the patience of accord, it is subsumed under the upper grade, hence it is said 'abiding in the patience of accord'.
