Explanation: Fifth, establishing the fruit. It means that in this bhūmi, although all afflictions of the three realms are severed, subtle ones still manifest. This adopts the statement of the *Saṃdhinirmocana* and other texts that 'all bodhisattvas up to the seventh bhūmi still give rise to afflictions such as greed belonging to the three realms'; therefore, the anāgāmin is established here. *Anāgāmin* (阿那含) is translated as 'non-returner'. In fact, bodhisattvas of the sixth bhūmi can also be born into the desire realm, as in the *Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa*. Here, correlated from a single perspective, it is said to be non-returning.
