釋曰：第三、修行時分。樂謂願樂。謂於此地，九阿僧祇集中道觀，隨願樂力，生諸佛土。
Explanation: The third [part] is the period of cultivation. 'Pleasure' refers to aspiring pleasure. It means that on this bhūmi, for nine asaṃkhyeya [kalpas], one gathers the contemplation of the Middle Way, and in accordance with the power of aspiring pleasure, takes birth in all buddha-lands.
