釋曰：第三、辨觀差別。謂此地中，空等三昧已得圓滿，具足百萬三昧，又以如來脩多羅藏等三藏聖教弘化眾生。

Explanation: The third explains the differences of contemplation. It means that on this bhūmi, samādhis such as emptiness are already perfected, one is endowed with a million samādhis, and one also propagates and transforms sentient beings through the sacred teachings of the three baskets, such as the Tathāgata's Sūtra-piṭaka.
