釋曰：第二、用而常寂。初之二句，顯其有用。「惔怕」已下，顯常寂義（有本「任於無任之任」者，謬）。

Explanation: The second is functioning yet constantly quiescent. The first two lines show that there is functioning. From 'tranquil' onward shows the meaning of constant quiescence. (Certain versions read 'entrusting to non-entrusting,' which is erroneous).
