釋曰：第三、雙結。謂俗不離真，寂而常用；真不離俗，用而常寂。

Explanation: The third is the joint conclusion. That is, the conventional is not separate from the ultimate: quiescent yet constantly functioning; the ultimate is not separate from the conventional: functioning yet constantly quiescent.
