釋曰：第二明十力觀。謂此位中學十力觀，舉初後二顯中間八，合有十力觀。十力差別，義如別章。

Explanation: The second clarifies the contemplation of the ten powers. It means that in this stage, one trains in the contemplation of the ten powers; mentioning the first and the last two indicates the eight in between, making ten contemplations of the powers in total. The distinctions of the ten powers are as explained in a separate chapter.
