釋曰：第三：脩行時分。此結住自位經爾所劫，從此以後，功難成故，時分漸多。
Explanation: The third is the duration of cultivation. This concludes that one abides in one's own stage for that many kalpas; from this point onward, because accomplishment is difficult to attain, the period becomes progressively longer.
