釋曰：次辨第十二法師。文別有三：初標位列名、次辨觀差別、後「萬阿僧祇」下明入位時分。此即初也。謂第九地，四無礙智化諸有情，或起六神通，名為慧光及神變者。

Explanation: Next is the explanation of the twelfth dharma master. The text has three divisions: first, indicating the stage and listing the name; next, explaining the differences of contemplation; afterwards, clarifying the duration of entering the stage from 'ten thousand asaṃkhyeya' onward. This is the first. It means that on the ninth bhūmi, through the four unhindered knowledges one transforms sentient beings, or gives rise to the six supernormal powers; hence the name 'light of wisdom' and 'spiritual transformations.'
