Explanation: The third is the contemplation gate of the four eyes. It means the Dharma eye sees all phenomena's diverse specific marks, such as illness and medicine. 'The three eyes see form and emptiness' means the fleshly eye sees coarse form, the divine eye sees coarse and subtle, and the wisdom eye sees form and emptiness. In fact, the wisdom eye contemplates the emptiness of all phenomena; here, in contrast to the two eyes of flesh and divinity, it is merely said to see form and emptiness. Relying on the *Original Commentary*, the Dharma eye sees all tathatā; the rest is as explained previously.
