釋曰：第三：入位時分。薄伽梵位，此云世尊，具諸德故。亦說九地名世尊；佛華三昧亦復如是，似佛定故，名為佛華。

Explanation: The third is the duration of entering the stage. The 'bhagavat stage' is translated here as the World-Honoured One, because of possessing all virtues. The ninth bhūmi is also called the World-Honoured One; the buddha-flower samādhi is also like this: because it resembles the concentration of a buddha, it is called 'buddha-flower.'
