釋曰：第二、信見差別。文別有二：初正釋信見、後引說證成。此即初也。除佛已前，但說為信，不名為見。所謂見者，是一切智。

Explanation: The second is the difference between faith and seeing. The text has two parts: first, directly explaining faith and seeing; afterwards, citing teachings for verification. This is the first. Prior to buddhahood, it is only called faith, not called seeing. What is called seeing is omniscient knowledge (sarvajñā).
