釋曰：第四、稱名付屬。文別有三：初總明付屬、次就勝列名、後「如是一切」下結勸應持。此即初也。

The text has three distinct parts: first, generally clarifying the entrustment; next, listing the names according to their pre-eminence; finally, from "all such" onward, concluding with the encouragement that it should be upheld.
