釋曰：第三、明初地相。地前三十心，名三十忍，即是初地方便相也。初地即用第一義諦為體。

Explanation: Third, explaining the marks of the first bhūmi. The thirty minds prior to the bhūmis are called the thirty patiences; they are the expedient marks of the first bhūmi. The first bhūmi takes paramārtha-satya as its essence.
