釋曰：第四、明餘眾益。文有三段：初明得益、次列華名、後正供養。此即初也。是前眾餘，故名餘眾。道迹是向，果即是果。又解：道迹有學，果即無學，通三乘也。前得三乘觀，此證三乘果，故有差別。

Explanation: Fourth, explaining the benefit to the remaining assembly. The text has three sections: first, explaining their obtaining benefit; next, listing the names of the flowers; finally, the direct offering. This is the first. Being the remainder of the previous assembly, they are called the 'remaining assembly'. 'Track of the Way' is the path toward attainment; 'fruit' is the fruitional state. Another interpretation: 'track of the Way' is the stage of training (śaikṣa); 'fruit' is the stage of no-more-training (aśaikṣa), which applies across all three vehicles. Previously they attained the contemplations of the three vehicles; here they realize the fruits of the three vehicles, hence the distinction.
