釋曰：第二、十億菩薩現成佛益。謂此皆是第十地菩薩，聞經力故，登金剛座，坐金剛定，現成佛故。

Explanation: Second, the benefit of the one billion bodhisattvas presently attaining buddhahood. It means that these were all bodhisattvas of the tenth bhūmi who, through the power of hearing the sūtra, mounted the vajra seat, sat in the vajrasamādhi, and presently attained buddhahood.
