釋曰：第三、滅壞四部行。文別有四：一標過名、二辨過相、三顯其累、四結過重。此即初也，壞亂四部所行正道。

The Commentary says: Third, destroying the practice of the four assemblies. In the text there are four distinct parts: first, indicating the name of the fault; second, distinguishing the characteristics of the fault; third, revealing its troubles; and fourth, concluding on the gravity of the fault. This is the first, destroying and disordering the right path practiced by the four assemblies.
