釋曰：第四、示過也。信他諂語，不依信佛言，定是破佛國因緣，法滅不久也。
The Commentary says: Fourth, indicating the fault. Believing others' flattering words and not faithfully relying on the Buddha's words is definitely a cause and condition for destroying the Buddha and the state, and the destruction of the Dharma will not be long in coming.
