釋曰：第二、結所受法。聞佛所說二護因緣，頂戴受持，奉行此法也。
The Commentary says: Second, concluding on the Dharma received. Having heard the causes and conditions of the two protections expounded by the Buddha, they reverently received and upheld them, practicing this Dharma.
