釋曰：第五、勅放諸王。於中有三：初生大歡喜示過自歸、次放還本國、後勸眾持經。
Explanation: Fifth, the command to release the various kings. Within this there are three parts: first, giving rise to great joy, revealing his faults, and taking refuge; next, releasing them to return to their home kingdoms; and finally, exhorting the assembly to uphold the sūtra.
