釋曰：第七、引說證成。謂十王地說五千國王當誦是經，於現報中得現法樂，及生報中得生人天，離諸難。

Explanation: Seventh, citing teachings to confirm and establish [it]. It means that the bhūmis of the ten kings state that the five thousand kings should recite this sūtra, obtaining the bliss of the present Dharma among present retributions, and being reborn among humans and devas, freed from all difficulties, among next-life retributions.
