3.87

釋曰：自下第三結示勸持。文別有三：初勸月光、次勸六道、後勸小王。此即初也。文有二節：初結示護國之法、後勸月光王汝當受持。

Explanation: From here down is the third [section]: concluding by revealing and exhorting them to uphold it. The text is divided into three parts: first, exhorting King Candraprakāśa; next, exhorting the six destinies; and finally, exhorting the lesser kings. This is the first. The text has two passages: first, concluding by revealing the Dharma of protecting the state; and second, exhorting King Candraprakāśa: "You should accept and uphold it."
