Explanation: The third [section] clarifies the scope of gathering and transforming. That is, the first ground [reaches] one hundred buddha-lands, the second ground one thousand buddha-lands, and the third ground ten thousand buddha-lands. The differences among the transformation bodies manifested in the three grounds should be understood by analogy with the above. Furthermore, regarding the differences in manifesting supernormal powers and immeasurable merits, the supernormal powers of the first ground shake one hundred buddha-lands, the second ground one thousand buddha-lands, and the third ground ten thousand buddha-lands.
