解曰：諸趣變化者，六趣不一，故名為諸。趣即所趣，無覆無記。變謂改轉，化謂化現。

The commentary states: Regarding 'transformations of the various destinies': the six destinies are not uniform, hence they are called 'various'. 'Destiny' is that which is gone to, which is non-obscured and neutral. 'Change' (*bian*) means alteration; 'transformation' (*hua*) means manifesting through transformation.
