解曰：既現法座，佛於其上廣宣法要。法之要者，惟般若故。從此第二明現寶花。文分為二：初明所現花、後明現眾說法。且初第一明所現花。其義者何？

The commentary explains: Having manifested the Dharma seats, the buddhas sat upon them and extensively proclaimed the essentials of the Dharma. That which is essential in the Dharma is none other than prajñā. From here, the second part explains the manifestation of the jeweled flowers. The text is divided into two: first, explaining the flowers manifested; second, explaining the manifestation of the assembly preaching the Dharma. First, the explanation of the flowers manifested. What is its meaning?
