解曰：一一座前者，其變淨土所現法座，座上有佛，座前現花。花同法座，數亦百億。眾寶嚴飾者，體即四大。眾寶莊嚴，所現之中座先花後也。從此第二現眾說法。文復分二：初明能依眾。其義者何？

The commentary explains: As for "Before each seat", in the pure lands transformed, Dharma seats were manifested; upon the seats were buddhas, and before the seats flowers were manifested. The flowers matched the Dharma seats, their number also being ten billion. As for "adorned with manifold jewels", their substance is precisely the four great elements. Adorned with manifold jewels, among that which was manifested, the seats came first and the flowers after. From here, the second part manifests the assembly preaching the Dharma. The text is again divided into two: first, explaining the supported assembly. What is its meaning?
