解曰：如來住定不合諠繁，波斯匿王及諸眾會承佛神力故作音樂。從此第二諸天作樂。

Exposition: When the Tathāgata abides in samādhi, noise and commotion are not fitting; King Prasenajit and the assemblies, supported by the Buddha's supernatural power, therefore played music. Hereafter follows the second part, the devas making music.
