解曰：前文放光不言其數，今此乃云復放無量阿僧祇者，顯其色多。前理後事，表二智故。從此第二現僧祇花。文分為二：且初第一現僧祇花。

Exposition: The previous text on emitting light did not state its number; here it says 'again emitted immeasurable, asaṃkhyeya [rays]' to reveal the multiplicity of their colours. The former was principle and the latter phenomena, representing the two cognitions. Hereafter follows the second part, manifesting asaṃkhyeya flowers. The text is divided into two: first, manifesting asaṃkhyeya flowers.
