解曰：一一光中者，所放光明既無數量，光中花現准亦應知。千葉金色，彰其葉多，金色上矣。從此第二化佛說法。

Exposition: 'Within each ray of light': since the emitted rays of light were without number, it should be understood by analogy that the flowers appearing within the light were also so. 'Thousand petals all of golden colour' indicates the multiplicity of their petals, golden colour being supreme. Hereafter follows the second part, the transformation buddhas preaching the Dharma.
