解曰：如文應悉。從此第三召他方眾。文分為二：初召十方眾、後結申退坐。初中復四：且初第一普照有緣。

Exposition: This should be understood according to the text. Hereafter follows the third part, summoning the assemblies of other directions. The text is divided into two: first, summoning the assemblies of the ten directions; second, concluding with their withdrawal and taking their seats. In the first part there are again four: first, universally illuminating those with [receptive] conditions.
