解曰：有緣斯現者，現大悲之力普照十方，障重無緣雖近不覩，無障緣熟縱遠亦來，故說恒沙有緣現斯。從此第二列諸菩薩。文有五對：且初第一普照無染對。

Commentary: "Manifested where conditions were present": manifesting the power of great compassion, it universally illuminated the ten directions. Those with heavy obstructions and lacking conditions, though near, did not see it; those without obstructions and whose conditions were ripe, though far, still came. Thus it says that where conditions were present across [lands as numerous as] the sands of the Ganges, it manifested here. Next is the second [section], listing the bodhisattvas. The text has five pairs: first is the pair of Universal Illumination and Stainless Purity.
