解曰：十方菩薩各各皆有無量百千俱胝菩薩，皆來至此。從此第四各獻香華。
Commentary: The bodhisattvas of the ten directions each had immeasurable hundreds of thousands of koṭis of bodhisattvas, and they all arrived here. Next is the fourth [section], each offering incense and flowers.
