解曰：以法性空，無住不住。為明菩薩法性相應化而不住，同法性故。從此第二明世諦有。文分為三：初總標世諦、次別明諸有、後總結非實。且初第一總標世諦。

Commentary: Because the dharmatā is empty, there is neither dwelling nor non-dwelling. This is to clarify that the bodhisattva accords with the dharmatā, transforming without dwelling, because they are identical with the dharmatā. From here, the second [part] clarifies worldly existence. The text is divided into three: first, generally indicating worldly truth; next, specifically clarifying the various existences; finally, concluding that they are not real.
