從此第二約法別明。於中總有六十五句，類分為五：初約色心，文有八對；二約事相，文有八對；三約垢淨，文有六對；四約知見，文有十對；五約廢詮，文有兩對。總別不同，三十三對。最初第一約色相明。於中八對，且初第一三際俱無。

From here is the second [section], explaining specifically with reference to dharmas. In this there are sixty-five phrases in total, categorized into five: first, with reference to form and mind, the text has eight pairs; second, with reference to marks of phenomena, the text has eight pairs; third, with reference to defilement and purity, the text has six pairs; fourth, with reference to knowing and seeing, the text has ten pairs; fifth, with reference to setting aside verbal explanation, the text has two pairs. In general and in detail they differ, making thirty-three pairs. At the very beginning is the first, explaining with reference to the marks of form. Within it are eight pairs, and first of all is the first: the complete absence of the three periods.
