解曰：性種銀輪，化三天下。超前習種，故云廣利。從此第三結超倒想。

Exposition: As silver-wheel [kings] of the nature lineage, they transform three continents. Transcending the preceding practice lineage, it is therefore said that they "broadly benefit." Third from here is the concluding statement on transcending inverted notions.
