解曰：即金輪王，化四天下。超前位故，云廣化也。從此第二明信忍位。文三如前，且初第一標忍辯位。

Exposition: That is, golden-wheel kings, transforming the four continents. Because this surpasses the preceding stage, it is said that they "broadly transform." Second from here is explaining the stage of faithful kṣānti. The text has three parts as before; first is designating the kṣānti and discerning the stage.
