解曰：此上所辯四攝等行，謂諸菩薩從初發心隨力修習，乃至成佛，皆以此等為諸行本。從此第三結申化利。

Commentary: The practices such as the four means of embracing explained above mean that all bodhisattvas, from the initial generation of the mind [of awakening], cultivate them according to their capacity up to the attainment of buddhahood; all take these as the roots of all practices. Hereafter, the third [part] concludes by stating the benefit of transformation.
