The commentary states: The two obscurations of the three realms are collectively named ignorance. Merely cutting off the afflictions only frees one from bondage to the realms; exhausting the cut-off of the knowable is named the exhaustion of ignorance, which is precisely being a Buddha. The detailed clarification of transformation is concluded. From here, the third part concludes and sets forth the stage of fulfillment.
