解曰：十度之中施度圓滿，具七最勝。三輪清淨，得無分別住平等心。此度偏增，一切常捨；餘非不修，隨力分故。從此第五明所剎生。

The commentary states: Among the ten pāramitās, the pāramitā of giving is perfected, possessing the seven supreme qualities. With the three wheels being purified, they attain non-conceptualization and abide in an equanimous mind. This pāramitā is predominantly increased, and they constantly renounce everything; as for the rest, it is not that they do not cultivate them, but they do so according to their capacity. From here, the fifth section clarifies the beings born in their lands.
