解曰：此地菩薩得諸勝定時分天王，漸廣勝故。從此第四明焰慧地，文五如前。
The commentary states: A bodhisattva on this bhūmi attains various superior concentrations and becomes a king of the Yāma Heaven, because of gradual broadening and superiority. From here, the fourth section clarifies the Arciṣmatī-bhūmi, with its five textual parts as before.
