解曰：知足天王，修諸億門菩提分智，化眾生故。從此第五明難勝地，文五如前。
The commentary states: Because they become the king of the Tuṣita Heaven, cultivate a hundred million gates of cognition of the factors of awakening, and transform sentient beings. From here, the fifth section clarifies the Sudurjayā-bhūmi, with its five textual parts as before.
