解曰：居欲界頂，他化天王，所修所悟悉皆轉勝，以緣生智化利眾生。從此第七明遠行地，文五如前。

The commentary states: Dwelling at the summit of the desire realm as the king of the Paranirmitavaśavartin Heaven, both what they cultivate and what they realize become progressively superior, and they transform and benefit sentient beings through the cognition of conditioned arising. From here, the seventh section clarifies the Dūraṅgamā-bhūmi, with its five textual parts as before.
