解曰：居大梵天，境修俱勝，得方便智化利眾生。從此第八明不動地，文五如前。

The commentary states: Dwelling in the Mahābrahmā Heaven, both their realm and practice are superior, and they attain the cognition of skillful means to transform and benefit sentient beings. From here, the eighth section clarifies the Acalā-bhūmi, with its five textual parts as before.
