解曰：居遍光淨天，境修轉勝，真俗雙照現大神通，以大願智化利眾生。從此第九明善慧地，文五如前。

The commentary states: Dwelling in the Ābhāsvara Heaven, their realm and cultivation become progressively superior; dually illuminating the ultimate and the conventional, they manifest great supernormal powers, transforming and benefiting sentient beings through the cognition of their great vows. From here, the ninth section clarifies the Sādhumatī-bhūmi, with its five textual parts as before.
