解曰：居遍淨天，境修轉勝，四無礙智化利眾生。從此第十明法雲地，文五如前。

The commentary states: Dwelling in the Śubhakṛtsna Heaven, their realm and cultivation become progressively superior, and they transform and benefit sentient beings through the four unhindered cognitions. From here, the tenth section clarifies the Dharmameghā-bhūmi, with its five textual parts as before.
