解曰：因中菩薩依此趣求，故忍中行。唯佛果圓德行俱滿，獨盡原故。從此第三明三寶藏。

The commentary states: Bodhisattvas in the causal stage proceed and seek in reliance on this, hence they "practice within kṣānti." Only in the Buddha's fruition are virtues and practices fully perfected, so he alone "reaches its ultimate source." Next, the third part clarifies the treasury of the Three Jewels.
