解曰：歡喜等者，標住地名，明其王位。初照二諦平等理者，謂此初證平等真如，斷分別也。權化有情者，或王或佛權現化身。遊百國者，明化境也。檀度清淨者，勝行利生也。從此第二明地得名。

The commentary states: "Pramuditā," and so forth, designates the name of the stage and abode, and clarifies their kingly station. "Initially illuminating the equal principle of the two truths" means this initially realizes equal true suchness and severs conceptual discrimination. "Manifesting provisional forms to convert sentient beings" means provisionally manifesting transformation bodies as a king or a buddha. "Journeying through a hundred realms" clarifies the realm of transformation. "With purified dāna-pāramitā" refers to the superior practice of benefiting sentient beings. Next, the second part clarifies how the bhūmi receives its name.
