解曰：標其地名，明王居處、明所化境、明其得定、明所具德。言隱顯者，五通自在，具有三明，如〈序品〉也。從此第二總結斷障。

The commentary states: This designates the name of the bhūmi, clarifies the king's dwelling place, clarifies the realm transformed, clarifies the attainment of samādhi, and clarifies the virtues endowed. As for "concealment and manifestation," it means sovereignty in the five supernormal knowledges and endowment with the three knowledges, as in the "Introductory Chapter." Next, the second part generally concludes the severance of obstacles.
