解曰：標其地名，明王居處。照見緣生者，智常照解十二緣生相無二也。勝義智光者，智緣勝義，名勝義智。智能照理，故名光能。照解體圓，故云遍滿。往千億土，明所化故。從此第二總結斷障。

The commentary states: It marks the name of that bhūmi and clarifies where the king abides. 'Illumining and seeing conditioned arising': cognition constantly illumines and understands that the twelve factors of conditioned arising are free of the two characteristics. 'The light of the cognition of the ultimate truth': because cognition takes the ultimate truth as its object, it is called cognition of the ultimate truth. Cognition can illumine principle, hence it is called 'light can.' Because the essence of illumination and understanding is complete, it says 'pervade everywhere.' 'Going to a hundred billion lands' clarifies those who are transformed. Hereafter, the second part concludes as a whole regarding the severing of obstacles.
